[Workout Wednesday] Yoga Workout for Long, Lean Legs

Get lovely, long, lean legs with this quick toning yoga workout!

Yoga is one of my favorite forms of exercise year-round, but especially during the busy, sometimes stressful holidays! You can strengthen and tone your entire body, increase flexibility, relieve stress, improve sleep, and more – just by doing yoga regularly. This week’s class is a great way to strengthen and tone your legs for a long, lean silhouette. And it’s under 20 minutes long, so even if you’re super busy with holiday plans, you can still fit it into your schedule!

This is a standing yoga workout, so you really don’t even need a yoga mat unless you want one, and you can do it in the airport, a hotel room, or anywhere else your holiday travels take you.

Set aside a few minutes for yourself to take care of your health and well-being this holiday season, and clear your mind, ground yourself, and stretch and strengthen your body with this lovely yoga class!
