Some people use resistance bands to train at home, but you really don’t even need those. You can get a great strength training workout using only your own bodyweight!
This low-impact strength training workout is great for beginners or anyone who wants to build strength and tone their muscles in the comfort of their own home. This one can be done just about anywhere, and all the exercises require no equipment at all – all you need is your own body and about 20 minutes!
The full-body workout consists of 4 circuits of 8 strength-building exercises, and the goal is to complete all 4 circuits in the shortest time that you can (while maintaining proper form). Each circuit includes a diminishing number of repetitions, so your first set will be the longest, and then each set will get progressively shorter as you go.
