This HIIT workout will make you burn and sweat and give you great results all in just a few minutes! This is a bodyweight workout, so you won’t need any equipment at all. However, it does not include a warmup or a cool-down, so you will want to make sure to add your own. Remember that your muscles need to warm up before strenuous activity to lower your risk of injury.
This workout is done in the high-intensity interval training style, and it includes two series’ of exercises. The first series consists of 40 seconds of activity followed by 20 seconds of rest, and the second series consists of 30 seconds of activity followed by 15 seconds of rest.
