We’re focusing on helping you increase your strength and fitness in 2017 – all in just a few minutes per day! That’s right – we know you’re busy and don’t have hours to spend at the gym, so we’ll be bringing you lots of fun workouts this year that can be done in about the time it takes you to take your morning shower.

This excellent bodyweight strength workout requires no equipment, so it can be done anywhere – all you need is a mat or a folded towel for the floor exercises. The weight of your own body provides the resistance, which is why we love bodyweight workouts so much! Not only can you do these at home, but you don’t need to buy any expensive equipment either.

This quick workout will challenge your entire body – butt, core, legs, and upper body – and even includes some cardio exercises to strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system.
