[Workout Wednesday] Abs, Butt & Thighs – 15-Minute HIIT Workout

Welcome to Workout Wednesdays! Each Wednesday, we will be sharing a fast, fun, and effective workout to help you achieve your fitness goals, and build a fitter, healthier, leaner body – all in just a few minutes per day! Here’s your first workout…
Our goal is to help you reach your desired healthy weight, and maintain a healthy, flexible, and toned body – and we’ll do our best not to give you any excuses not to do so!
Don’t have time to go to the gym? No worries – most of our workouts will be 30 minutes or less so that you can fit them into your busy schedule, no sweat (well, maybe a little bit of sweat…).
Don’t want to buy a bunch of expensive exercise equipment? We’ve got you covered! The majority of our posted workouts will require no equipment, so you can do them anywhere – even if you’re on the road. (However, you may at least want to invest in an exercise mat or yoga mat, which are very affordable and should last you for many years.)
Ready to work out? Okay, here’s your first Wednesday workout video. This one is a good example of the type of workouts we like – it’s quick (15 minutes), effective (uses high-intensity interval training principles to boost your metabolism and burn fat), and strengthens and tones several “problem” areas, such as butt, thighs, and abs. It requires no equipment, and includes 10 different exercises, so there’s no way you’ll get bored doing this one! (Please note that this workout does not include a warm up or cool-down sequence, so you will want to add those on your own.)
