[Workout Wednesday] 7-Minute New Year Workout

Get your fitness off to a great start this year with this quick 7-minute cardio & toning New Year workout.

Whew – That was a busy holiday season! If you’re still recovering, don’t worry – you’re not alone! But we’re not letting you off the hook entirely – you’ve still gotta work out.  🙂

We’re kicking off a new year of “Workout Wednesdays,” starting with this super-quick 7-minute full body workout to start burning off some of those extra holiday pounds. This short workout will get you moving, burn some fat, and strengthen and tone your core and lower body, so if you’re too busy to get a full workout in today, you can still get some of the benefits of exercise. It’s also a nice warmup session to do before a longer workout.

Remember, you don’t have to spend hours at the gym to get fit, but regular exercise is key to good health. Stay tuned every Wednesday for quick, fun, and effective workouts that will keep you fit and healthy, without keeping you from your other goals.
