I don’t know about you, but for me, February is usually the crummiest month of the year. There are no holidays to look forward to, and spring is still so far away (at least in Ohio). It is indeed, the “bleak midwinter.”
That’s why, for February, I thought we would have a little fun with our workouts! Since you’re likely trapped inside by cold, crappy weather, it’s the perfect time to get your blood pumping, warm up your body, and shake off the winter blues (as well as – hopefully – a few extra pounds) with some fun, energetic DANCE WORKOUTS! 🙂
