This full-body 60-minute bodyweight-only workout will strengthen and tone your entire body from head to toe! Build functional muscle strength and boost your metabolism with primal movements combined with mobility and strength exercises.

You’ll start with a functional warmup to get your muscles and joints moving, and then follow up with a circuit of foundational and functional fitness exercises. Finally, you’ll wrap up the class with some deep, full-body stretches to help you stay limber and prevent soreness.

The only equipment you’ll need (besides yourself) is a chair or bench to use for the tricep dips exercise.
