This quick shoulder workout will help to tone and define your upper body, particularly your arms and shoulder muscles. Unlike many upper body workouts, this one is done using only your own body weight, so you won’t need any weights or other equipment, and you can do this anywhere.  If you need more of a challenge, repeat the sequence, and do this workout several times per week for best results.
