[Workout Wednesday] 5-Minute Summer Body Workout – Set 1

Even if you’re super busy, you can still find time to fit in this effective 5-minute summer body workout!

No time to work out?? Come on – you’ve got 5 minutes! This super-efficient 5-minute summer body workout tones the upper and lower body at the same time for fast results. All you need is a pair of dumbells (or resistance bands), and 5 minutes!

The workout consists of just 5 exercises and you will do each one for 60 seconds to work your entire body from head to toe and shape up for summer. You can even keep a pair of hand weights under your desk and do this on a quick break at work! Do it 2-3 times per day for best results.

This workout does not include a warm up or cool-down session, so be sure to add those on your own. (If you’re at work, you can just jog in place for a minute or so to warm up your muscles, and walk around and stretch a bit afterwards to prevent any soreness.)
