This high-intensity interval training home workout uses only your own body weight to exercise your entire body with no equipment required – in just 40 minutes. (A towel, an exercise mat or yoga mat, and some water will come in handy.) You can do this anywhere, and its HIIT format means you’ll maximize your calorie burn in a shorter amount of time than most cardio classes.
This bodyweight HIIT workout includes a warmup as well as a short stretch segment at the end, so you’ll be done with your exercise for the day before you know it!
