Keeping your resolutions, on the other hand, is often more challenging. In fact, surveys have shown that most New Year’s Resolutions are abandoned by mid-February.

Today’s workout is only 4 minutes long, so it’s great if you are pressed for time and can’t make it to the gym. Do this one a couple of times per day whenever you have a few minutes for best results. This quick workout will boost your heart rate, burn calories, and build strength throughout your body. All the exercises are bodyweight only, so you don’t need any equipment and you can do them anywhere.
Want to make this workout into a great 30-day four-week challenge? Do four minutes every day for one week, then do two rounds in week two for a total of eight minutes per day, do three rounds weeks three and four rounds for week number four. You’ll be amazed at the progress you can achieve in just 30 days!
