[Workout Wednesday] 35-Minute HIIT Yoga Flow

Sweat & flow through this quick HIIT yoga class to burn calories, build strength, and more!

Ready for something new and fun in your workout routine? Join yoga instructor Christa Janine for an energizing and uplifting HIIT yoga class! In this 35-minute session, you’ll alternate quick yoga flow sequences with HIIT exercise circuits with weights to strengthen all of your muscle groups from head-to-toe, while burning calories and stimulating your metabolism.

This full workout includes a warmup and cooldown session, and modifications are provided for beginner to advanced students.

All you need for this workout are a yoga mat and a set of light or medium-weight dumbbells of your choice. (You can also do the class without weights, or use canned goods or water bottles if you prefer.)
