Whew! We’ve reached the end of our Summer Swimsuit Series, and hopefully by doing each of our weekly workouts a few times per week, you will be ready to try on your favorite swimsuit and hit the beach for summer vacation soon! This week’s workout is an excellent full-body toning workout to get your body beach-ready fast!
This 35-minute workout includes a 4-minute cardio warmup, and three 10-minute rounds of toning and strength-building exercises to shape, tighten, and tone your entire body from head to toe. No equipment is required for this 100% body-weight routine, so you can do this one just about anywhere, anytime.
Do this at least 2-3 times per week and you’ll have a beach-ready body by the time summer vacation rolls around!
