If you’re looking for a hard-hitting workout you can do at home that only takes 30 minutes and requires no special equipment, this class is for you! This Tabata-style HIIT home workout is designed to get you burning maximum calories in minimum time – no equipment needed.

Tabata is a great type of workout for hitting your peak calorie-burning potential, and you’ll never get bored, as each exercise is only done for 20 seconds at a time.

This workout includes 4 rounds of exercises, as well as a quick warmup to start, and a cool down at the end, so you’ll get your entire workout done in just 30 minutes. This is a fairly intense workout, so if you are a beginner, be sure to follow the modified versions of the exercises shown.
