This 30-minute at-home cardio class requires no equipment, and can be done anywhere; since there’s no jumping around or getting up and down off the floor, it’s perfect for apartment dwellers, travelers, or anyone who suffers from joint issues.

This is a beginner level class, but they’ll also share some intermediate modifications for those who are ready for more of a challenge.

You won’t need any equipment for this workout, but feel free to add some light hand weights if you would like more resistance. Some modifications may also use a chair.
