This workout follows the typical HIIT structure of 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest. It is designed to include jump rope exercises, but if you don’t have a jump rope you can substitute jumping jacks instead, or simply do the jumps without the rope. This class includes a warm-up and cool-down, so you’ll get an amazing full cardio workout in just half an hour!
