This apartment-friendly workout features toning exercises for the upper body, lower body, core, and more, and all you need is an exercise mat and a set of light hand weights. If you don’t have weights, you can also use canned goods or water bottles.

This workout consists of two 15-minute sets of exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest between each exercise set.
