This quick sculpting workout will tone and strengthen your muscles from head to toe and burn fat, all while going easy on your joints. A 30-minute HIIT home workout, this class is low impact and doesn’t involve any jumping movements.

This is a great workout for those wanting to get in a good cardio session without putting extra stress or strain on your joints. It’s also a good one if you live in an apartment or are staying in a hotel while traveling, as you won’t bother your neighbors!

A set of hand weights or light dumbbells is recommended, but if you don’t have those on hand, you can also use water bottles or canned goods to add a bit of extra resistance.
