This 30-minute class will take your joints and muscles through their full range of motion, promoting flexibility, strength, and improved mobility. This is great for injury prevention as well as improved overall physical health and fitness.

You don’t need to be particularly fit for this class, but you will need an exercise mat, and a broom handle, dowel, or piece of PVC pipe, as well as some room to move.
