Have some fun and get fit with this fast-paced cardio-barre fusion workout!

This 30-minute class combines traditional barre exercises with a cardio boost. You’ll start out with a quick warmup to get your muscles warm and limber and increase your heart rate, and then move into some basic beginner-friendly ballet moves.

This well-rounded workout includes stretching, cardio, standing core moves, and floor work including abs and core, along with plenty of cardio.

You’ll finish up with a cool down set, getting in a full workout in just 30 minutes!
