[Workout Wednesday] 30-Minute Bodyweight Cardio Workout

Stay on track with your fitness goals with this quick all-levels bodyweight cardio workout!

It’s time to get ready to finish the year strong by making a commitment to stay fit throughout the busy holiday season! This 30-minute class will make you sweat without any equipment or special requirements – it’s perfect for all fitness levels and can be done anywhere, anytime.

Feel free to follow the low-impact beginner modifications shown to tone down the intensity a bit – or if you are ready to ramp up, go for the advanced modifications for a challenge!

Either way, you’ll fit in a great, intense cardio workout – including warm-up and cool down, in under 30 minutes.

For more of a cardio challenge, increase your pace and move lightly but without going too deep. If you prefer more of a strength-focused workout, move more slowly, deepen each exercise, and/or grab a pair of hand weights.

This workout consists of a 4-minute warm-up segment, 17 minutes of cardio intervals of different exercises (no repeats, so you won’t get bored!), and a 5-minute cool-down.

Now, grab some water, put on some clothes you can MOVE in, and let’s go!
