Put your muscles to work with this 30-minute dumbbell workout – suitable for all fitness levels! This workout will not only strengthen your entire body, but also provides a great cardio workout with push-ups, squats, mountain climbers, bicep curls, and more.

You don’t need any experience, and you’ll just need a mat and a set of dumbbells in your choice of weight level. Feel free to start with a pair of light hand weights, or increase the challenge with a heavier weight – as long as you are able to safely press the weights up over your head. Or, if you prefer, you can also do this workout as a bodyweight class instead – it’s up to you!
