This 28-minute Tabata-style interval workout will help you burn calories while strengthening and toning your abs, thighs, and glutes. Tabata is an form of interval cardio exercise which is based on 40 seconds of intense activity followed by 20 seconds of active rest for each exercise.

You won’t need any equipment for this workout, but you may wish to use an exercise mat. This workout does include a quick cardio warmup, as well as a yoga cool-down and stretch session at the end, so you can complete your entire workout in under 30 minutes!
