[Workout Wednesday] 23-Minute Cardio Strength & Core Combo

Challenge your core, tone your muscles, and get your cardio on – all in just a few minutes with this quick combo workout!

This cardio-strength combo workout combines cardio, core, and strength-building exercises to give you a super-quick full-body workout in just 23 minutes! This is a great option for those who don’t have much time but still want to get in a great workout.

Using Tabata-style intervals, this class transitions quickly from one exercise to the next, with 20 seconds of exercise, and 10 seconds of rest between each set. You will do two sets of each exercise back-to-back before moving on to the next exercise.

You can do this class with or without hand weights, but if you choose weights, be sure to select your desired weights and set them nearby to save time when transitioning from one move to the next. This workout also works great as a bodyweight workout only, so it’s up to you!

To make this a complete workout, it also includes a super quick warm-up and cool-down, so you can get your full workout in in under 30 minutes!
