[Workout Wednesday] 22-Minute Full Body Toning Beach Workout

Tone up your entire body for summer with this 22-minute beach workout.

Beach season is just around the corner, and this week, we’re continuing our “Summer Swimsuit Season Series” with another fun and effective workout designed to get your body in shape to show off in your favorite bikini this summer! This full-body toning beach workout will tighten and tone your booty, waist and abs, shoulders, arms, legs, and more – all in just over 20 minutes.

You will need an exercise mat, and you may wish to use a set of light dumbells as shown in the video. If you don’t have hand weights, you can also use canned goods or filled water bottles instead – or do the workout without weights.
