This 20-minute total upper body workout will tone and sculpt your arms, chest, back and shoulders in just a few minutes!

The workout consists of “super sets” of 2 exercises in a row. You’ll work for 40 seconds, with 20 seconds of rest between each set, and each set of exercises will be repeated twice before moving on to the next super set.

You will need a set of 10-15 lb dumbbells for this workout, but you can adjust the weight as desired depending on your ability and fitness level.
