Build a strong upper body with this 20-minute toning class. This challenging workout will build strength and definition in your arms, shoulders, upper back, and chest. You can do this one alone as a stand-alone workout, or as part of this 14-day challenge.

This class will help you achieve fast results, feel stronger, and tone and define the muscles of your upper body. If you regularly practice yoga, this one will also help prepare your body to tackle challenging yoga poses such as headstands.

This is a bodyweight workout, so all you need is a yoga mat and you can do this one anywhere. It includes a gentle warm-up sequence so you’ll get a complete workout in just 20 minutes.
