[Workout Wednesday] 20-Minute Low-Impact HIIT Workout

This apartment-friendly low-impact HIIT workout is gentle on your joints but still gets results…

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) can be a great way to get fast results without spending a ton of time working out. Most HIIT workouts are fairly short and can be completed in 30 minutes or less. However, some of them may be high impact and can be hard on your joints if you are overweight or have existing joint issues.

This 20-minute low-impact HIIT workout gets the job done – without all the jumping around. This makes it perfect for those with sensitive joints, as well as anyone who lives in an apartment where your neighbors may not appreciate a lot of noisy jumping jacks, for example.

Be sure to warm up properly before your workout to prevent injury, and cool down afterward to avoid soreness.

Once you are warmed up, press Play below and let’s work out!
