This HIIT home cardio workout will give you a great fitness boost in just 20 minutes. Boost your heart rate, blood flow, and metabolism with this fat-burning high-intensity interval training workout – no equipment required!

This workout is great for all fitness levels, beginner through advanced, but be sure to follow the modifications shown if you are a beginner. You may wish to have an exercise mat for this workout, and for some modifications, a chair or step will come in handy.

The workout includes two 10-minute sets, and you don’t need to count reps during this workout – just work at your own pace and try to get as many reps (with good form) into each time interval. Make sure to warm up first, and take a few minutes to cool down and stretch after the session.
