This quick 20-minute full-body no-equipment workout can be done anywhere, anytime – no weights needed! This bodyweight cardio and strengthening workout will help strengthen and tone your entire body, while you sweat and burn calories at the same time.

Targeted moves will tone your legs, glutes, core, arms, shoulders, back and more. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds at a time, so you won’t have time to get bored, and there are two 1-minute rest breaks if you need a breather. Or just skip them if you don’t need a break, and your workout will be done that much sooner!

The video jumps straight into the workout, so make sure that you warm up first, and set aside a few minutes to stretch afterward to cool your body down gradually and prevent soreness.
