This exercise routine targets the glute (booty) muscles to help lift, tone, and shape your backside in just 20 minutes. Whether you’re just wanting to tone up your posterior, or shape up your booty into more of a “bubble butt” shape, this beginner butt lift workout can help. You don’t need any equipment or any particular experience or fitness level to do this workout. All you need is a bit of space and a willingness to put that booty to work! (You may also wish to have an exercise mat on hand for the floor exercises.)
This workout consists of 3 sets of 5 booty-lifting exercises, done for 20 reps each. You will wrap up with a lovely stretch to help stretch out those hard-working glute muscles and prevent soreness.
