Whether you’re traveling cross-country over the holidays or staying with family, sometimes you need a workout that you can do without disturbing your neighbors. This quick low-impact workout will help you keep up with your fitness even while traveling, and it’s quiet enough to do in your hotel room, at your parents’ house, or in an apartment.

This class uses a low-impact HIIT style to get your heart rate up and your blood pumping, but without a lot of jumping around or stress on your joints. You will also strengthen and tone your entire body – from abs and core, to legs, arms, shoulders, and more.

The short sequence consists of 2 rounds of 8 exercises, with 40 seconds of repetitions followed by 20 seconds of rest between each exercise.

Throw in a quick warm-up, and get your whole workout done in less than 20 minutes!
