Get fit and have fun with this 15-minute cardio trampoline workout!

If you want to feel like a kid again while exercising, it’s time to try working out on a trampoline! Nothing makes you feel lighter and more free than flying through the air, bouncing, and jumping – and the good news is, you’ll be getting fit at the same time! 🙂 In fact, a trampoline workout can burn calories and tone your lower body without you even really realizing how hard you are working.

This 15-minute trampoline workout will get your blood pumping, burn fat, and tone up your core, legs, and booty as you bounce. Plus, it’s easier on your joints than doing these moves on the floor. However, if you don’t have access to a trampoline, you can also do this workout without one – just follow along and listen to her suggestions for the floor version of the workout.
