[Workout Wednesday] 15-Minute Fat-Burning Home Workout

Summer is always such a busy time of year – with yard work, graduations, weddings and other social engagements – and of course, summer vacation plans! If you feel like you don’t have time to work out this time of year, you’re not alone – I think it’s safe to say we’ve all been there… Fortunately, we’re here every week with a fast and effective home workout that you can do in just a few minutes every day or two to stay fit and trim all summer long!

For example, today we are sharing a high-intensity fat-burning bodyweight workout that you can do at home or just about anywhere in just 15 minutes.

This home workout consists of 2 circuits of 4 exercises each. Each exercise will be done for 30 seconds, and you will repeat each circuit 3 times, with a 30-second break between each circuit. (Trust me, it’s not that confusing – everything is explained in the video, and it even includes a timer for you to follow along with.)
