[Workout Wednesday] 10-Minute Upper Body Workout

This quick upper body workout will help reduce upper back stress and tension and give you shapely and toned arms and shoulders.

We’ve been working through our major muscle groups over the past few weeks, and… It’s time for the upper body!

For toned arms and shoulders, and strong upper back muscles, it’s important to include upper body exercises in your regular exercise routine.

Not only will this workout help you look great in a tank top or strappy dress, it will also help improve your posture, lower risk of injury during daily activities, and reduce stiffness from sitting at a computer for long periods of time.

All you will need for this workout is a light pair of dumbells, but if you don’t have these, you can substitute water bottles or canned goods.

The workout consists of 7 exercises, which are done for 50 seconds each. This video does not include a warm up or cool down, so you will want to make sure to add those on your own.
