This week we’re taking a break from the hard-hitting cardio and focusing on strength, flexibility, and relaxation for both your body and mind. Today’s Summer Swimsuit Series workout is a full-body toning beach yoga routine utilizing classic yoga poses to help tone your entire body from head to toe, while releasing tension, burning calories, and improving your flexibility.

One of the great things about yoga is that every exercise engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously to increase calorie burn and build strength throughout the entire body – not just in one area such as the abs or butt. Instead, this workout will help you to re-shape your body as you challenge your core, arms, shoulders, legs, back, and booty. You can do this yoga workout anywhere – all you need is a yoga mat and a towel (optional).
