This HIIT class will take your body on an intense journey in just 10 minutes – no equipment, no repeats, and NO boredom! All you need is an exercise mat for this class, so you can do it anywhere – even while traveling.

Each set of exercises has a handy countdown timer, so you can see how much time is left for each exercise before you move on to the next, and you’ll have 15 seconds of rest between each move.
