[Workout Wednesday] 10-Minute Flat Abs Workout

This short and intense flat abs workout will help shape up your tummy in time for swimsuit season!

One of the most important “problem” areas to tone up in preparation for beach weather is your tummy. This quick 10-minute flat abs workout will help to tone and tighten your abdominal area to get your tummy and waist in great shape to show off in your favorite swimsuit. Keep in mind that a clean and healthy diet is also extremely important, and cardio exercise can help burn off excess flab around your middle.

Remember to keep your core muscles engaged throughout the workout and focus on using those muscles in every exercise. Otherwise, your other muscles may try to compensate and do the work instead, and you won’t get the same results.

Alternate this workout with some HIIT cardio or other fat-burning exercise for the next several weeks, and your tummy will be swimsuit-ready by the time summer arrives!
