Get in shape in time for summer swimsuit season – starting with this 10-minute workout to help you look great in a bikini!

Although summer still feels far away with cold weather hanging on in many areas, the truth is that swimsuit season is actually just around the corner! To help you get a head start on fitting into that bikini (or tank if that’s your preference), we will be sharing some fun workouts over the next few weeks that are designed to help you be slimmer and trimmer in time for summer.

We’re starting off with a short one this week – just 10 minutes long – but you will definitely feel the burn! These 4 simple exercises will help to trim and tone your entire body – from the legs and booty, to your shoulders and upper body, to the abs and core and more.
