[Workout Wednesday] 10-Minute Barre Abs Workout

This 10-minute Pilates & Barre abs workout won’t take up too much of your day, but it will bring you closer to your goal of a tight, toned, trim tummy!
This intense 10-minute Barre abs workout utilizes classic mat Pilates exercises combined with ballet movements to maximize the core-sculpting effect in your upper, lower, an oblique abs.
In the video below, ballet Barre instructor Jake DuPree shares a fast, challenging, dance-and-Pilates-inspired workout to help you slim, tone, and sculpt your abs. Best of all, it only takes 10 minutes, and you can do it anywhere!
The only equipment you need is a ball or throw pillow, and a yoga mat. This workout does not include a warm-up or cool-down, so you will want to add those on your own before and after the session.
Warning: Your abs will BURN during this one! If you have lower back issues, be sure to follow the modifications suggested, bend your knees when necessary, and keep from lowering your legs too close to the floor during the leg raises and lifts. Work out, get results, and stay safe!
