[Weekly Workout] 12-Minute Upper Body & Abs Workout for the Holidays

Shape & tone your tummy, shoulders, and arms with this quick upper body & abs workout done in HIIT format for fast results!

We’re back this week with another super-short and effective workout that’s easy to fit into your busy holiday schedule! This workout is only 12 minutes long, but it will help you burn fat and strengthen and tone your arms, back, chest, shoulders, and abs using only your own body weight – no equipment needed! You can do this one anywhere, anytime, so no excuses for not working out this week, okay?

This high-intensity interval-training workout consists of 3 sets of 6 exercises done for 30 seconds each, with a one-minute rest between each 3-minute set. Please note that this workout does not include a warmup or a cool-down, so you will want to add these on your own.
