Ingredients:

1 (1-inch) piece of ginger
1 (1-inch) piece of turmeric
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon raw honey
Pinch freshly ground pepper

Special equipment: Juicer (or good garlic press)

Instructions:

  • Juice ginger and turmeric (or squeeze out juice with a garlic press).
  • Mix with juice of 1 lemon, honey, and a pinch of black pepper.
