1 (10-ounce) pouch Thrive Market Organic Black Beans, rinsed and dried
1 ½ tablespoons Thrive Market Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Thrive Market Organic Creamy Almond Butter
3 tablespoons Thrive Market Organic Maple Syrup
5 tablespoons Thrive Market Organic Cacao Powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon large-flake sea salt
Thrive Market Organic Chia Seeds, for coating

Instructions:

Place black beans, coconut oil, and almond butter in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until smooth, about 1 minute. Scrape down sides and add maple syrup, cacao, vanilla, and salt; process until incorporated. Scoop into a bowl and refrigerate 1 hour, or until firm.Pour chia seeds into a shallow dish. Form the cacao mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and roll between the palms of your hands, then coat all sides in chia seeds. Chill, covered, until ready to eat.
