This is a great snack to take with you on the go, or to snack on at work in the afternoon when your energy gets low. They are quick and easy to make, and tasty enough that even the kids will enjoy them as a satisfying after-school snack without all the sugar!

Keep in mind that dried turmeric can taste a little bitter, so you may want to lower the amount suggested below if you aren’t used to the taste, especially if kids will be eating them. And remember that turmeric will quickly stain both surfaces and clothing, so be aware of this when making these tasty treats.
