[Foodie Friday Recipe] Tropical Mango Blueberry Lassi

Want a quick, light, healthy breakfast idea? Try this tropical mango blueberry Lassi recipe!

Wake up your tastebuds with a light, refreshing recipe that’s perfect for a hot summer morning! Lassi is a traditional Indian yogurt drink (think a healthier version of a milkshake), and this cool drink makes a great breakfast on the go.

This one has a tropical twist, featuring frozen mango, blueberries, yogurt, and healthy spices for a tasty beverage that’s the perfect way to start off your day.

It’s healthy and satisfying, only takes minutes to whip up, and if you already have mango chunks in the freezer, there’s no prep work to do beforehand! (You could also use diced, fresh mango, and/or frozen blueberries.) For a more substantial breakfast, top with a handful of chopped nuts or granola.
