[Foodie Friday Recipe] Paleo Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Mashed sweet potatoes: a healthy, slow-carb Paleo recipe for your Thanksgiving table…
Looking for a delicious Paleo or lower-carb substitute for traditional mashed potatoes? Try these delicious mashed sweet potatoes with your Thanksgiving dinner!
While white potatoes are full of starch and mostly empty carbs, sweet potatoes are packed with healthy fiber and vitamins, so they’re a great way to have something a little healthier on your holiday table – without sacrificing the comfort aspect.
This simple recipe is easy to whip up in a jiffy – just roast your sweet potatoes ahead of time (or while your pies are baking the night before the feast), and you can throw this healthy side dish together in just a few minutes. (The bone broth is optional, but it adds a nice depth of flavor and is a great source of healthy collagen.)
