It also doesn’t mean you have to give up all your favorite foods! This recipe is a great example. If you love fries, why not try this delicious homemade version, paired with a zesty homemade mayo for dipping? It’s very easy, and you can make up your own combination of colors, textures, and flavors by choosing different veggies for the fries. And the creamy, flavorful aioli is the perfect pairing, especially if you love mayo with your fries!

Paleo Kaleidoscope Fries With Rosemary Aioli
Serves: 4-6
Time in the Kitchen: 25 minutesRosemary Aioli
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of Primal Kitchen Mayo
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine and stir all ingredients together in small bowl
- Store in refrigerator while you prepare the fries
