This creamy and delicious vegan smoothie recipe is packed with healthy ingredients like mango, coconut, turmeric, and matcha for a powerful antioxidant punch!

Smoothies have become very popular as a delicious and supposedly healthy drink, but sometimes they can be deceptively high in sugar that makes them more of a dessert than the healthy drink we were expecting.

However, if you make your own smoothies at home, then you can control exactly what goes into them. This vegan smoothie recipe is full of antioxidants and good fats for a truly healthy drink.

It includes the superfood mix “Turmeric Matcha” which is a powerhouse of antioxidants, combining turmeric and matcha powder. Turmeric contains the active ingredient, curcumin, which has incredible anti-inflammatory properties. Vegan Smoothie Recipe with Mango, Coconut, Turmeric & Matcha

Turmeric Matcha Vegan Smoothie Recipe

(Yield: Makes 2 cups.)


  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric Matcha
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp peeled and chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ avocado (optional, for extra creaminess)

To Serve:

  • Ice
  • A handful of sunflower seeds
  • A few mint leaves


  1. Add the first 9 ingredients into a blender and blend for a few minutes – until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into two glasses with ice, and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
  3. Decorate with mint leaves, serve and enjoy!
