Most likely you’ve had sangria before – probably on a patio somewhere, some summer evening.  Sangria is a light and fruity wine-based cocktail with fruit in it, so it’s no wonder that this tasty beverage is popular at summer gatherings!

If you love sangria, you’ll love this updated twist including dragon fruit* and a healthy superfood – chia seeds, known for providing healthy nutrients like protein, fiber, and Omega-3 fatty acids.
